Our hazardous materials response units are used to carry all of the materials that are necessary for a complete HAZMAT spill response: everything from booms and absorbent pads to drums, HAZMAT suits and tank transfer units. We maintain an inventory of pumps and tank transfer units that enable us to transfer 98% of all of the products in today’s market, ranging from flammable liquids and corrosives to food grade products.
With many locations throughout Pennsylvania, we are able to quickly access any hazardous materials spill. Our state of the art mobile Incident Command Center allows us to operate from the most remote areas. This fully equipped command center includes satellite communications equipment and is designed for HAZMAT spill responses that require long term incident management.
Minuteman’s Kubota RTV 900 utility vehicle carries our field technicians and equipment over even the roughest terrain. During the Bloomsburg flood, Minuteman relied heavily on this piece of equipment to transport our personnel, as well as emergency management officials, over otherwise impassable roads in the heavily flooded areas. This type of access means less damage and less environmental impact.
