Minuteman Spill Response provides a full range of HAZMAT testing, management and disposal services. Minuteman is certified by the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA). Our personnel are experienced and qualified, with Hazardous Materials Technician Level Training and emergency response training that is updated annually. Our field technicians use all levels (A, B, C and D) of personal protective equipment (PPE), reflecting our commitment to meeting the highest standards of safety.
Our HAZMAT testing includes an immediate incident assessment and impact analysis. Our spill team has the right tools to work efficiently and with accuracy to provide reliable results. Minuteman’s field technicians continually monitor basic parameters such as air quality and pH to identify and characterize the hazard. On site monitoring allows us to:
- Detect dangerous limits of vapor or gas
- Monitor Oxygen content
- Characterize the contaminant

Minuteman’s HAZMAT management team will document all on-site activities and work with government agencies to ensure full regulatory compliance. When a long term incident is involved, our mobile incident command center is the base of operation for our on site HAZMAT management team. For liquid waste disposal, Minuteman has a state of the art tank transfer unit that is specifically designed with a variety of pumps, hoses and couplers to transfer a broad range of bulk liquid products for disposal. This unit can transfer liquid waste ranging from corrosive or flammable liquid to food grade products for safe disposal. Disposal of all hazardous and non-hazardous materials is efficient and cost-effective, while still meeting the highest standards of safety.
